Judy Taggart MS, CHES

As a self-described “utility player,” Judy transformed her operational aptitude and passion for problem solving into a consulting business to help others. With over 20 years of experience in project management, program development, and community engagement, she has served as a chief operating officer and communications director at the Santa Barbara Foundation, an educational administrator for Santa Barbara City College and as the community health director for the Lompoc Valley Community Healthcare Organization, where she developed the Healthy Lompoc Coalition, a multi-sector regional collaborative.

Judy has a Master of Science degree in kinesiology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and is a certified health education specialist.
